On Sunday October 30th Liz and I are running the Marine Core Marathon. We love running and run one event a year for good charity. This year we are raising money for the Wounded Warrior Project. This amazing charity helps soldiers adjust to a new life after coming home from battle with a life changing injury.
As any one who has joined us for a Cayman Diving experience will know Liz and I love diving. We feel so lucky to be able to live and dive in Grand Cayman. Showing the amazing marine life that inhabit our beautiful reefs to people who choose to dive with us is why we started Living The Dream Divers.
Our other passion when we aren’t in our fins is we love to run. With well over a decade of running in our shoes we have completed many marathons. Each one is very special to us and enables us to visit a town or city in America. These visits help us to get to know the country where our guests live and work. We combine this love of running and travel with a chance for us and Living The Dream Divers to give back to a deserving charity. Over the past six months we have been training hard but also raising money.
Liz and I have raised over $1000 to help soldiers adjust to their new lives. This charity is very special to us for many reasons and we are honored to help in a small way. If you have Cayman dived with us over the past six months a small portion of your invoice has been donated to this charity.
If you are looking to join us on a Cayman Diving vacation over the coming months and years you can feel confident that you will have the very best service and dive experience possible. We are dedicated to helping you plan and execute the very best dive trip possible. Your world class Cayman Diving experience begins as soon as you send us an email or give us a call. Liz will be your first point of contact and she will tirelessly work with you to plan your trip. Liz has over 20 years experience in the dive industry. If you have 1000’s dives or have never dived before and are looking to take the first splash, Liz will help you plan the best trip ever.
